Trees for TriMount here and help is needed!

th-1
Hello everyone,

I hope this finds you all well. It is that time of the year where our Troop helps out with surrounding Troops to sell Christmas trees at the Rite-Aid Plaza in New Paltz in order to support Camp Tri-Mount. Last year we brought in over $5,000 and our goal is to top that this year.

Our Troop has signed on for a few days and we need your help. There are 3 hour shifts and you can sign on for more than one. We need at least two adults and two Scouts at each shift. It is much easier with more. I am also in need of a space heater for our warming hut again. Let me know if you can provide one.

Please check out the schedule below and e-mail me ASAP for the date(s) and time(s) you can help.
This is a great opportunity for the boys to interact with the public, not to mention the service they provide within our community. Due to the cold we are offering DOUBLE Community Service hours this year! It is a BIG help to the community and we want to show our appreciation! There is a warming hut onsite and we make hot cocoa and tea as well.

The tasks are pretty straight forward and directions are given at each shift along with an onsite guidebook provided. We even play music you can sing along too! (No, you don’t have to)
